Founders Thinking Space

Consistent thinking support for women founders and business owners who are ready to stop circling and start moving

Open for sign-ups now - cohort kicks off properly in September

You're the one at the top. Which means everything routes through you.

You're not struggling because you lack capability or vision. You're struggling because there's simply too much in your head — and not enough consistent space to properly work through any of it.

You don't lack skills. You lack thinking space.

What this is

A three-month container combining dedicated 1:1 thinking support with a small group of women founders carrying too much alone.

The 1:1 sessions are where the untangling happens. The group is the infrastructure around that - a consistent weekly rhythm that turns insight into action, so clarity isn't something you have to chase.

How it works

  • 1:1 Intake Call

  • Monday Calibration Call to open the week

  • Wednesday WhatsApp Check-in

  • Friday Reflection Session to close the week

  • Monthly Private 1:1 Connection Calls

  • 1:1 Closing Review Call

What you get

  • Decisions made instead of delayed - with a peer group holding you to it

  • You stop being the bottleneck, and realise you’re not the only one

  • Your week happens by design, instead of by default

  • You close your laptop on a Friday, and mean it - knowing others did the same

Investment

Founding rate: First 3 x places at £350/month (£1,050 total over 3 months)
Standard rate: £500/month (£1,500 total over 3 months)
Cohort capped at 8 places

My work is about making dedicated space to think - practically, consistently - so that women founders can build businesses with meaningful impact, without running themselves into the ground to get there.

"Annette has a way of asking just the right question to make you consider something from a different angle, and was able to spark ideas that I don't think I would have had otherwise. The sessions seemed to set something in me in motion, and ideas and solutions to problems would pop up frequently between our meetings without me trying." — Liz Pagett, Data & Insight Consultant
